Sunset Sushi is a viral, uniquely extraordinary 12-seat omakase experience by Chef David Bouhadana (founder Sushi by Bou) & Chef Eric Baker (AlleyCat) housed within AlleyCat Izakaya in East Boca Raton.

Sunset Sushi is a warm & welcoming 2-hour, 16-18 course omakase dinner featuring Tokyo style sushi with specialty fresh fish flown in from Japan daily. Loosely translated to, “I'll leave it up to you” the omakase tradition is rooted in the Japanese art of caring for others, a philosophy that defines dining at Sunset Sushi. Enjoy an intimate, thoughtfully curated culinary journey with unparalleled customer service.

We source the highest quality of fresh & seasonal fish daily, so our menu is subject to change.

Join us for a Valentine's Day Experience to remember with our very own Master Chef Eric Baker. Three seatings will be offered; 5PM, 7PM and 9PM as he presents a masterful fusion of Japanese and French Cuisine in a curated 15-course tasting menu, set in our Sunset Sushi Omakase lounge. The menu will be a progressive approach to Chef Baker's globally inspired cuisine, focusing on Japanese ingredients, while employing a French technique and approach that he has honed over a 20 year career which has spanned the globe. Chef Baker will also offer the addition of white truffles to several dishes for an additional charge. Also, our beverage director will be offering a wine and sake pairing to accompany your experience for an additional charge.

Chef Yana created the most delicious omakase experience I've ever tasted. Each bite was melt in your mouth deliciousness. The first course was scrumptious and each successive bite was just as mouth watering or better than the previous one. The 18 course omakase transported me back to Japan as the flavors danced in my mouth. I highly recommend sunset sushi for their impeccable service, food, and ambiance. Thank you so much for a memorable night and it's one of the highlights of my trip to South Florida. I will tell all my friends to go here for the best sushi ever. #Bellabirthdaywish #Wishcametrue

The restaurant is a little hard to find because it’s technically inside another restaurant. The ambience was nice and the food was amazing. Super fresh fish! The wagyu was also delicious.

I have been eating sushi for forty years and this was the best sushi experience I have ever had. The quality, presentation and ambiance combined for an incredible dining experience. I will definitely have Omakase here again.

Sunset sushi new place is amazing but the food was low quality in comparison with the price and the previous location. In my personal experience I won’t eat there anymore!
