Sushi | Bar is an intimate Omakase that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Hidden in Dallas' emerging East Quarter, lies an intimate counter housing 12 prized seats. Positioned directly in front of our chefs' cutting boards, experience a free-spirited interpretation of the traditional sushi counter, where beloved standards receive unexpected and delightful riffs. Throughout your dining experience, our talented chefs will guide you through a captivating culinary journey, showcasing interpretive new takes on traditional nigiri sourced from all over the world.

    With this intimate Omakase experience you will sit at the Chefs' counter where the Chefs will prepare every bite in front of you, serving you each course directly. This 17 course experience provides a playful modern twist on traidtional nigiri to create a fun and memorable experience. The Sushi|Bar omakase menu is $165 per person. Several premium sake options including sake pairings are the focus of the beverage menu but wine, beer and cocktails are also available. This experience starts 20 minutes prior to the scheduled seating time with a complimentary welcome cocktail. Please check in with the host. A 22% service charge will be applied to support our dedicated team.

    This was an unbelievable experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious. The chefs were so funny and professional, and they were very well versed in every fish they served us. The environment was private uncomfortable, and the second was absolutely perfect for our parents. This experience was worth every penny!

    This was a wonderful meal. The sushi was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It is pricey, but you are getting what you pay for. Highly recommended.

    This by far was my best sushi experience ever. Went with my coworker from Ny and he felt this was better than Michelin stars restaurant in NYC.
