   This is outstanding and I am not sure why it has taken us this long to go there. Staff are friendly and engaging and the BYOB makes for a cheaper sushi night. The food is incredible. A must if you are in the area.

   Sushi Bar is a consistently great restaurant in Fairfield County. We’ve been multiple times for the black cod with sweet soy miso glaze - it’s a show stopper. Only nit is that we sat at the bar and the area is tight - you feel like you’re rubbing elbows with your neighbors. Regardless, would absolutely recommend Sushi Bar

   Sushi Bar is our favorite night out whether it be date night or sushi with the kids. Can't say enough about it. The best!

   Sushi was excellent, very fresh. Nigiri was VERY small and expensive. Wonderful rolls. Even though the don’t serve alcohol, they could have a more interesting drink menu.

   The best sushi in the area. Presented artistically with beautiful and unique fish choices. Home made wasabi and soy are further examples of the authenticity of this tiny gem of a sushi restaurant. BYOB keeps the tally very reasonable - especially given the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the service. Oh and they also do takeout so elegantly.
