   First time at Sushi Roku and really enjoyed our meal. There are some unique items on the menu for a sushi restaurant. Try the Hannabi and the Lamb lollypops.

   Food was absolutely outstanding. Service was lacking for an otherwise luxe meal. Bar was running way behind (weird considering the place was only 1/2 full) and we got better service and attention from the host staff than our own waiter. Not likely to return.

   The waitress was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the menu and the fish. But the pace of service was glacial on this Sunday evening. We watched our drinks sit at the bar for ten minutes or more before they were finally brought to the table. The rather small portioned sushi plate arrived at our table an hour into our meal. After having many great sushi meals in Seattle and Tokyo, Austin was a disappointment.

   Second time here. Just as great as the first. Our server, Kylie, was amazing. Great date night spot. Food is amazing. Try everything!

   The restaurant itself is beautiful. It's small, but romantic and with the additional patio seating it allows for a beautiful lunch in the shade. We came for my birthday on a quiet night and the table was set with special birthday cards along with welcome Mocktails for us. The server was charming and had a ton of knowledge. He led us into some popular items and got us going with some small bites. We ordered and the timing was great, it came out fast but not rushed. The sushi was impeccable and flavored perfectly. I definitely recommend coming here for date night or girls night out!

    Amethyst did a great job. Thank you Jasmine for the reservation. I love the ambiance, the food and more importantly the people. This is an amazing restaurant. I love everything about it. The Governor 😀
