Sushi Zo is the Edomae style sushi restaurant that serves sushi in "Omakase" style, a Japanese style chef's’ choice meal. The first Sushi Zo restaurant opened in Los Angeles after the restaurant owner Keizo Seki gained experience and knowledge of Sushi in Japan and United States as a Sushi chef. "Omakase" is the multi-course tasting menu designed fully by the chef, and it consists of 20 dishes including appetizer, sashimi, sushi, and dessert. By using many different types of sauce, seasonings, techniques, Omakase style is the reimported style that provides lively and alternative sushi that you cannot find in traditional sushi restaurant. Sushi Zo, which gained a Michelin star in both LA and NY will provide you the wonderful experience that you can forever capture the spirit of Sushi.
Menu: Omakase(Chef's choice set menu): 19,000 yen (Service fee/Tax excluded) Please note that we only serve Omakase in order to serve you the Japanese seasonal ingredients in the best condition.
