   I would not book here if you are a large party or if you are looking to sit and relax and enjoy a night out at a relaxing pace. For a party of 10 we spent $950 and every single person in the group felt that the servers rushed us every step of the way. From the moment we sat down to taking drinks away from our table that weren't even finished to clear our table for the next guests, it was very very rushed. We were in and out in 2 hours and for a party of 10 that is fast and yet they still gave us attitude for being delayed. However, nowhere in the opentable booking did it mention a maximum allotted time for a table reservation. If it said 1.5 hours max for a 10 person reservation I never would have booked here. Our group was looking to order cocktails, apps, entrees, more cocktails, and desserts, but because it was so rushed we ordered less drinks and less food than we would have. Everyone was Very disappointed in the service so we will not be going back.

   I recently dined at Sveta and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was packed with flavor, and the drinks were just as impressive. The ambiance was beautiful, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that made the evening feel special. The staff were also fantastic, polite, and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

   Very cute place, great service, but food was just ok, especially for the money. The “fur” salad was great, but Chicken Kyiv was dry and flat. Also both of our main dishes were re-heated in a microwave and both were scorching hot. Ambience and service were great!

   Sveta is a beautiful restaurant! The food and customer service was excellent! I made a reservation and was seated right away. The drinks were delicious and the presentation was on point! I went there for my birthday dinner and I am definitely going back for that coconut shrimp!

   The owners of this restaurant were very personable and caring. We had to wait a little while so we received free glass of champagne. We had to move our table later on in the evening. We received a free drink. They kept coming up to us. They really care about their patrons, cute atmosphere.

   Fabulous overall. The female owner was the only thing that stuck out as sub par. I knew it was the owner from her photo on the website. She was just very impersonal, no smile or attempt at cordiality. She made us uncomfortable when we could not understand what she was saying when she brought something over to the table. I had to ask her to repeat herself about 4 times before she finally pointed at the menu to show me what she was saying. I felt horrible that I couldn’t understand her and she did nothing to alleviate my obvious discomfort. If you own a restaurant you need to schmooze with your customers, smile, make them feel welcome. Let them know how much you appreciate them being there. Everything else was amazing…food, ambience, over the top drinks. The other servers were nice.

   Great date spot, you can actually have a conversation without the loud music. The space is a bit small so you will be very close to other guests

   We had a blast at this spot. The only down side is the price of the cocktails that are all around 25$ a cocktail. Don't get me wrong they are good and very unique designs cocktails. But still extremely pricing. Other than that absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was amazing. And the service was great. The restaurant is beautiful. Definitely a nice spot in the West Village.
