   One of Philly's best restaurants. Great flavors, great ambience. BYOB is always a steal. Service is incredible. And always finish with Ube Ice Cream. 10/10

   Great service and flavors. My favorites were the green beans adobo and the bikol express with its perfectly cooked cod. Executive chef was out among the people, interacting with us as well as serving plates and wiping down tables. The pandan cheesecake was perfect - not overly sweet at all. We enjoyed our dinner and will be back.

   We were so excited to finally catch a res at Tabachoy. It was sadly overhyped. Please do not make the mistake we did and order the Kare Kare, the sauce & meat were flavorless and very fatty.

   I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Tabachoy because of horrible service. The waiter did not check on my table a single time over the course of an hour, and we had difficulty getting their attention. One hour in, we were abruptly informed that we needed to leave within 15 minutes. Instead of informing us at the start of our reservation or at the time of our order, we were only given a 15 minute heads up. Soon after, the server brought us to-go boxes and the check—without us requesting either—and made it clear we needed to leave. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

   Tabachoy always nails it. Such delicate but flavorful dishes presented simply and beautifully. Service is warm and unpretentious, and same goes for the space. Can't wait to be back.
