    Our server was great and as attentive as she could be as there were too many other tables she was covering. We had a great and comfortable spot in the restaurant. Food was average.

    Our server seemed inexperienced and unsure of the menu. A lot of menu items unavailable as well as drink and food delays. We had over cooked fish. Cool space hope they can work out kinks.

    First time and we all enjoyed. Poutine was awesome! Drinks are delicious just took a lil time but that was ok. Everything was great!

    Te waiter was great. Very attentive to the specifics of my salad. However, my husband ordered he short rib grilled cheese & tomato bisque and it left MUCH to be desired. The sandwich, soup, and fries all came out cold. There was a fraction of a slice of the end of the meat on each half of the sandwich. A grilled cheese with bacon at a diner would have more substance. The manager said she would talk to the cook and admitted there was a problem. But…she still charged us 1/2 the price, which I thought was petty. I gave 2 stars only because the decor was nice and the servicer was good. We were frequent customers at Burntwood Tavern so we will give it another chance.
