    Join us at Table 43.1 for a family-friendly holiday buffet dinner featuring Minestrone Soup, Caesar Salad, Roast Beef Carving Station, Penne with Sunday Gravy, Basil Encrusted Salmon with Red Pepper Coulis, Gluten-Free Penne Aglio e Olio, and Assorted Desserts. Reservations are not required but strongly encouraged. Adults $50.00, Children 12 & Under $29.00 (beverages, tax and 21% gratuity not included). 21% gratuity will be added to all checks at time of service. The regular dinner menu is not available this evening; we will only be offering the holiday buffet.

    You don’t expect a 5 star experience at a mountain lodge… but this restaurant is truly 1 star. My haddock was overcooked , dry and cold. The fried mozzarella had this weird piccata sauce on it, that was flavorless. The pastas - all had no flavor but at least one came out somewhat hot. The service.. it’s hard to criticize the kids serving but they all look deer in headlights when you ask a question. There are limited choices in Stratton but don’t waste your money. It really is that bad.

    Nicole our waitress was great. Very limited menu and no specials. Would be nice to have maybe burgers or even to be able to a protein to a build your own pasta dish

    Ate here two nights. The burger and steak was the best thing here. Don't get salmon. It's not eatable... Very average food and way overpriced. Drinks are the same... Staff was very nice and accommodating.

    From the moment I walked in, I could tell that dining here was going to be the experience of a life time. The host who seated me also seemed like the manager, and she was very on top of it and was organized. My server Nicole (total coincidence that we have the same name, ha!) was efficient, had tons of menu knowledge, and gave great service. The bartender also clearly knew how to make a great drink because the razarita special cocktail was everything I needed in life. The support staff floating around were also clearly trying to do their best work. I ordered the poutine as my starter and oh man, is it incredible after skiing all day. A huge portion and the creamy gravy and cheese curds definitely didn’t have a hard time sliding down my throat. I got the chicken as my entree and it was also FIRE. The lemon creme sauce had such a light flavor to it and brought out the flavors of the Vermont local chicken breast. Also, the roasted veg that came with it was cauliflower and carrots and I could tell that they were roasted to perfection. It’s always nice to see restaurants with healthy options. Also, I had a baked cookie skillet for dessert and the icecream on top of it made me levitate a little bit, if you really want to experience heaven on earth, get the cookie skillet. Full, a little tipsy, and happy with my service, I was able to go home feeling like a bear ready for hibernation. 15/10 will be back!

    Overpriced for a very basic selection of dishes and drinks. Only good thing is the fireplace.

    We expect crazy prices at Stratton, but hope to get value in return. Not here. A $40 salmon we were told could only be cooked 1 temperature, which apparently was waaaaay overdone. Same with the chicken. Better options around.
