   Nice food and we shared a table with others, the downside was one of the kingfish cervench didn’t served as entree, it comes as the last dish. While we had bbq wagu, wagu rice than it comes after we asked the staff member to check. Other than that, it was a good experience and I am a regular customer. I will come around again soon.

   Friendly staff and great atmosphere, however very overpriced. Also be prepared that this place does not do split bill which makes it difficult when splitting costs. Also, this place does charge $30 deposit per person for bookings.

   This place was an absolute gem in the city. My first time experiencing Japanese BBQ and I loved it - such a fun food experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Every ingredient is fresh, high-quality, and full of flavour and such good value for money! I would definitely reccomend a visit. 😊

   A totally authentic experience. I believe we were the only North American Caucasian people in the restaurant, but we were made to feel very welcome and at home. The hostess and all of the servers were outgoing and attentive. We shared a larger table with several young and attractive Asian women who were having a girls night out. Given that my partner and I were both exhausted from jet lag, it helped us to stay awake and enjoy our wonderful dinner. We had their special Wagyu combination dinner. Every single bite of delicious meat was a joy, consisting of different cuts of this beautiful beef. My partner isn’t the sort of person who likes to cook his own dinner at the table, but even he enjoyed the experience. Excellent food, friendly and attentive service delicious cocktails. Highly recommended.

   Second time going to Tajima Yakiniku, and it does not disappoint. Staff is very welcoming and accomodating. Good vibes and music. Great value and quality of their menu selection.

   We ordered the wagyu deluxe platter to share between two people - the cuts of meat were so beautifully presented and explained by the waitress. Additionally, we ordered the ox tongue, raw oysters, wagyu yukke, namuru, and lotus root chips. The oysters provided a refreshing start to the meal! The meat platter (and additional ox tongue) ended up being too much to share between the two of us and we couldn’t finish the big portion of lotus root chips (oops!). Despite the fullness of our stomachs, the quality of the cuts kept us reaching for more. Overall, the dinner was delicious; pretty good for yakiniku in Sydney :)

    Excellent and warm service coupled with quality meats and value for money feast specials make for an amazing experience. This is my third visit, and I am sure there will be many more!
