So-so food, some of it all the way to disappointing. (Skip the beef gyoza - gross.) Service was inattentive. Whole thing super rushed and spotty. Save your money.

Fredericko always provides great service. Takato offers incredibly delicious food. Amazing view of the beach only adds to the pleasant experience of dining here. This is definitely one of our favorite places to eat in Fort Lauderdale!

Loved the food. Everything was very good, from the baby gem salad to the rock shrimp to the miso soup to the Wagyu Bulgogi. Beautiful ambience in the afternoon sitting outdoors in the pleasant air watching the blue ocean, beach and people walking by. Music was not too loud so one could enjoy a conversation. Service was pretty decent. All in all a very enjoyable leisurely Saturday brunch.

We were seated on the outside patio for our reservation as it was a lovely day, The ocean breeze and yummy food made for a great lunch date. Food was very yummy, will be going again. I recommend getting the Duck Bao buns and the Ube Cheesecake!

Service was pleasant and fast. The crunchy tuna was amazing. My favorite roll was the maki mono spicy Hatate maki. The Hana Martini was also a yummy recommendation from our waiter. Everything was 10/10. The only negative thing I could say was the club music was too loud for conversation. Otherwise, Takato is one of my favorites.

We all loved our meal. The bao buns were incredible as were the spicy edamame and gyoza. The sushi rolls were fantastic too.

The restaurant has an amazing view of the ocean. The service was courteous and efficient. The ambience was loud, most of the customers seem to be tourists. The disappointment was the food in flavors, presentation, portions. We ordered Tuna Tartare, which was way below par, the Wagyu Gyozas, also mediocre. For the main course we had the Branzino and the Wagyu Bolgogi, neither tasty. We only went there because it was the only restaurant on Valentine’s Day with availability, we wanted to go to Maas, Trulucs or even Vitolo but they didn’t have availability. Lesson learned is to make reservations well in advanced.
