    Maybe I went in with unrealistic expectations, in which case my assessment is potentially unfair. The menu was slightly confusing for me, as a person who doesn't like uni. Eventually I settled on the deluxe sashimi bowl and I asked if I could substitute the uni for something else and was told I couldn't. Frustrating. We had 2 entrees, one uni comparison bowl, one deluxe sashimi bowl, one octopus cheese sharing plate, a pitcher of beer and a bottle of local sake - $230 w/tip! My wife loooved the uni, but otherwise we were unimpressed with the quality of the food. IG hype aside, I would characterize this place as vibey but grossly overpriced for what it delivers.

    Excellent service. Beautiful rustic warm environment. Dishes were put together thoughtfully and were well balanced. The pork belly and uni karaage stood out for me. The carpaccio was lovely as well.

    Authentic Japanese food and experience I highly recommend the omakase, my son and I split it and were blown away. It is well worth it! We will be back.

    Very outstanding service and high quality of food. Servers are friendly and helpful. The dinner was for my friends birthday celebration and she was very satisfied for the arrangement . Highly recommended for everyone

    Delicious! Must try for sushi lovers. The menu offers more than uni so don’t let that stop you. Of course, their uni dishes are creative, tasty, and unique. Highly recommend the negitoro bomb and uni chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard with ikura, uni). Finally, try the uni mousse.

    Food was terrific. Service was up to par. We even got a Polaroid photo as a souvenir. We went as a group to try different variety. We all joined the food and drinks.
