   Our reservation was for 11:15am, the place was not even half full, we waited like 45mins for our food to arrive and it arrived cold, our server was MIA, it was to long she took to come to our table that she didn’t even notice our food arrived, because my wife’s and my food were incorrect, she approached us to tells us “let me go check on your food” we asked to call for the manager, when he arrived we told him our food was cold and it came wrong, besides our server has not even come and ask if we want something to drink besides de waters we had at the table already. He “apologize” and said I’ll bring you another plate, took the plates, our food arrived “faster” this time, meaning they just put it the microwave to make us “happy” and fix my wife’s and mine food, the manager NEVER CAME BACK to check if everything was ok, finally our server Sahiri(I think that’s her name) came and asked if we wanted something to drink??? Like are you serious??? After we “finish” eating what we could eat from our reheated food, another server came to us he’s name is Jerry and he took care of us to the fullest, I wish I could have had him as our server in the first place, because this would have never happened if we had him as a server, he made the end of our brunch as we would have expected from the beginning. But with servers like Sahiri makes you don’t ever want to come to this location, but is understandable when servers like that act that way is because the managers are the same way, the manager all he did was I’ll take it back and that was how he “fixed” our issue. Poor management, horrible service, and poor quality of food. Simply DISGUSTING!! PS. Server Jerry was the only good thing there that saved this evening.

   We went on Monday night for their $12 burgers special instead of $19.50. However, you must buy a beverage. With soda being the least expensive ay $4.50 your burger now cost you $16.50. So basically you’re saving $3. Is it worth the trip…? Probably not, unless you were going for a burger anyway. The burger choice itself was good but the fries came out cold. This was common to all 6 of us.

   El ambiente es muy ruidoso y comer 8 personas en los box no es cómodo por qué no se puede hablar entre todos. La comida y la atención todo muy bien!

   This is not my first time there but I wanted to take my friends out after a painful weeks for them. I’m glad they loved it and were satisfied. Our servers were wonderful.

   Great experience eating at Tap 42 before a movie. Seating was very comfortable and our server was fantastic! She made a special trip back to the kitchen to get an answer to a question about gluten free which was very helpful. All four of us got something completely different (chicken and waffles, drunken burger, entree salad, and mahi mahi, and all were delicious. Highly recommend!

    Ordinato 3 antipasti 1 insalata 1 sushi bowl In 1 hr hanno portato 1 antipasto Dopo altri 45 minuti hanno portato 1 altro antipasto A questo punto la cameriera si è offerta di portarci un altra birra gratis ( mia moglie ha accettato io no ) e dopo altri 15 minuti hanno Portato l’insalata e la sushi bowl Del terzo antipasto nessuna notizia La cameriera in imbarazzo non veniva più al tavolo Il manager con atteggiamento antipatico e’ venuto per il conto ed al momento della Mancia mi ha detto Che era per il Cameriere non per la Serata Lavoro con la ristorazione e credo che se fossi Il proprietario rivedrei il ruolo del manager Incompetente assoluto
