   Love this place so much! It’s really the only place in Northport with great outdoor dining. The food and drinks are always delicious. The service is excellent. Love having it close to home

   Another outstanding meal at Tap & Tapas. At least our 10th time here and always left happy. We started with a pitcher of black cherry sangria along with some shared plates. We had the chorizo app, the shishito peppers app, patatas bravas (my personal favorite), garlic shrimp and a kale salad with delicate squash. All were fantastic. We each had the skirt steak special which was cooked perfectly and all four of us enjoyed along with 2 more orders of the patatas bravas as they are so good. Had a nice bottle of Spanish red (JC Vizcarra) to accompany our meal. For dessert we chose the churros (perfect for sharing) and they comped us the flan. Both were outstanding. Chef/owner Ramon and his staff were excellent and gracious as always. Note for out of towners although you can walk from downtown Northport which we’ve done (we are in our fifties), less active or physically fit I would recommend the less than a mile drive. It’s definitely worth the visit!

   Each tapas dish was better than the next! Try their Passion fruit sangria and don’t forget about dessert.
