   The food is very inconsistent these days ! I had no idea that fried rice could be so dry and tasteless! I’ve noticed the prices have increased and the portions have decreased!

   Tatoosh's window seating has perfect view of Mount Rainier and the valley there in Fife. The service was consistent and the food was great!

   Once finished eating you have to go to the front desk area and stand in line to pay. There are people trying to check in, more people trying to pay and leave, and even more people standing around wondering what they are supposed to do. This ruins the experience every time we come here. Food has gone up in price, down in portion size. Nice place, cool ambiance, decent service, but they act like they never worked in the dining industry with the way this is run. My wife and I plus friends come here once or twice per week, but seriously, fix this! Go to any decent restaurant similarly priced and see if you can find anywhere else that is this bad at hosting and making patrons jump thru hoops to pay and leave. I think we are done coming here at this point. It gets worse each time.

   Easy to make reservations online. Server was friendly and respectful and gave us plenty of time to browse the menus and order. The food was delicious and plentiful and the presentation was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed and peaceful. It was a great respite from the casino floor of loud, noisy and chaotic.

   Coming off the elevator instead of being greeted by a hostess you walk into confusion of people trying to pay and pick up to go food verses people arriving for dinner. It wasn’t even busy, but because you have to pay the hostess, it’s a mess. It’s like the people that run it have never been to a restaurant before. Hostess ignored us for 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, food is good, ambiance is cool, service is good. We go there once or twice a week for dinner, but if they don’t get this fixed most likely will go elsewhere. Last thing you want to do after dinner is stand in line to try to pay. It’s the same every time. Fix it please.

   great view of mount rainier and a reasonably priced menu with good service; good spot for our retiree group to meet for lunch.

   from start to finish everything was AMAZING! The waitress was GREAT! the food was AMAZING and everything was so quick! FOR SURE GOING AGAIN!

   We booked via open table, but when we arrived, they had no record of us having a reservation. Showed them the reservation on phone, they said "well we should be able to accommodate you". WTH? They don't work with Open Table? Once we got seated things started getting better. Ordered french onion soup, it was amazing. The salads were great as well. Prime rib was very good. The shrimp and grits? Worst grits we've ever had! Grits were not meant to come out of a mold, be dry and hold their shape. Totally awful. And have never had shrimp and grits that weren't in a bowl with some sauce. Shrimp were on the side, pretty good actually. The grits totally sucked, Ordered coffee with creamer, it comes and the "creamer" was something french vanilla that was thick, and I wanted cream, not sugar. Once the server came back (probably 5 minutes later) she said she'd get new. That eventually came and was good. Had cherries jubilee for dessert, it was fair. Overall a nice experience, we now know what NOT to order.
