VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop's Fulton Market neighborhood and now brings the Greek Cuisine and world renowned superstar Chef Partner Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.

    Loved the Gyro with lamb It’s been a while since I enjoyed one Also loved the dessert with cake soaked in syrup and the ice cream. Good service Loved the atmosphere

    Food was excellent, our server Sam and service were superb! Attentive, timely, friendly. No requests that he couldn’t accommodate. Please pass on our compliments! We’ll be back!

    It was such a great experience!! The food was awesome, the place was beautiful, our waiter John was also top notch! John made sure we were satisfied the whole time we were there. Definitely will be going back!!

    The service was terrible our server name was constincio. Wasn’t attentive our reservation was at 9:45pm once we were seated we weren’t greeted for 20 minutes we had to as a bus boy can they get us a server. Then we were finally greeted 15 minutes after that by Constincio and only asked for drinks. That took 10 minutes. After that another 20 mints went by and we had to have Hector and a Hispanic lady server for help they both attempted to take our order due to the lack of assistance from Our server. Hector and the young lady were both very helpful. We were very disappointed with the service being as tho it was our first time and we were there for Valentines Day Celebration and was not happy at all. We watched people arrive with us and after us he seated and attended to before us we didn’t get our food until 11pm our reservation was at 9:45pm. By the time we got our food we were ready to go so the food was wrapped up.

    Food was good but a bit pricey. We were also seated on a table with other people which really isn’t ideal. Ambience was good but a little loud. Hard to have a conversation.
