                                                                  Absolutely wonderful!!!! We actually sat at the bar and had dinks then dinner. The food was perfect, and the staff was awesome as usual. We strongly recommend this place.

                                                                  I highly recommend Tchefuncte’s, it is a beautiful place! We celebrated our 52 year wedding anniversary and we were seated at a table with a view of the river and two glasses of champagne for our anniversary toast! Service was completely outstanding and food was excellent as well. We were not rushed along at all and enjoyed sitting and sipping some wine while enjoying the beautiful setting.. we will definitely be back!!

                                                                  Tchefuncte’s is truly a beautiful restaurant, the ambience is excellent, but between the wine and tequila they didn’t have our first three choices… they even suggested one brand of tequila and had to come back and tell us they didn’t have it. We chose Seabass and seafood risotto and while both were very good I think I’ve had better elsewhere. We definitely enjoyed our evening, but it probably is not at the top of our list of local restaurants .

                                                                  Certainly one of the best restaurants in the entire New Orleans area. It starts with the staff who are all friendly and know how to best treat a customer. The ambiance is excellent with perhaps the most beautiful restaurant in the region, and besides the indoor beauty, the location on the river greatly adds to the experience. The food is first class with a wide selection of dishes which makes it hard to decide what to eat. It has an extensive selection of wines, and the bar, which is beautiful with glass windows of nice views, is staffed with talented bartenders. Prices are fairly competitive with other fine dining restaurants.
