   We had a 6:15 reservation and they told us when we were seated we had 9 to vacate the table in time for a 7:45 reservation. Uh ok. I mean it’s fine, at least they told us in advance. At 7:10 they came and asked us if we would move to another table. 7:10! We declined and they said ok well you need to be gone by 7:30 so we can have the table ready for a 7:45 reservation. Oh my goodness really. It takes you that long to set the table?! And you are bringing this up at 7:10 - intruding on our dinner to plan 35 minutes in advance to re-set the table. I mean it is just bizarre and odd and inhospitable. They prompted us three more times over the next 20 minutes. We finally vacated the table at 7:35. They re set it and their 7:45 reservation was able to be seated immediately. I mean really - did you have to treat us so poorly? You told us the expectation and we were prepared to meet it. You did not have to continue to remind us every five minutes interrupting our dinner. As I wrote this I’m thinking I should have given a lower rating. But the food was good. Won’t be back.

   Excellent service and food. The omakase experience is very filling with about 8 courses.

   I was disappointed with the special sushi platter was just bland and I also got a bone in one of my pieces. The dumplings were fantastic, the enoki packet was very good too and I’m not a big fan of mushrooms. Also the fried soft shell crabs were a fun experience and tasty. Drinks were good too. A smidge overpriced. Really cool ambiance.

   Haven't been for maybe 2 years, but still the outstanding food and service we remembered for a great value. Worth a drive anywhere in DFW to experience. We do miss the DJ and hope they will bring one back for weekend nights.

   Tei Tei has been my absolute favorite spot for genuine, perfect sushi for at least 15 years…. Actually probably 20. I no longer live in Dallas as a permanent resident, but I am here every few weeks and always make this place a destination point. I’ve always had incredible service as well, but I do want to call out our server, Dylan, this evening, because he provided perfect recommendations for Sake, and was just so pleasant in every way.

   An oldie but goodie! Wonderful food, service and ambiance! Sit at at the counter where the grilling happens and definitely try the grilled fish collars!

    The food and service were very good. The design needs refreshing and the prices are high. The sashimi platter (8 pieces) costs 70$
