   My sons and I have been going to this place for years, but I have to say it seems like we’ve been disappointed a lot more recently. The paella is mediocre at best and the pieces of meat inside the paella seem to be less than less and smaller smaller each time we go. The service was horrible this time. The waiter stopped to take our order (way after we got there) and never came back to our table again the entire meal. We kept trying to get bus boys and hosts to help us. we had to ask for the check four times. To top it all off, The gratuity is included at 20%. That would be fine if the service was even average but it was no where close. I was tempted to put a negative in the tip line. The ambiance is all that is left of this once great place and so are some of the appetizers they need to seriously work on the service by the wait staff specifically.

   Very nice lively ambience. Fantastic, flavorful food. I wish there were more non-pork options. Service was very good but imperfect because of the capacity of the restaurant versus the number of waiters, but as good as could be with that ratio. They probably need additional staff.

   First time trying out in this Palo Alto location and it is funny cause we live 5 minutes away and today we gave in. We ordered the artichoke, pulpo, and paella. Maybe we expected way too high but I feel like it is a little underwhelming. Paella in particular is basic, rice is not well cooked, I am not sure if that is how you normally do paella. Portions of it is a little too small too. We agreed that the octopus were great though. I love it. Tender and well seasoned. Artichoke for a red curry needs a little stronger curry aromatics maybe. I don’t know. Having said all these, I will try to come back and give it another go. Restaurant feel is nice.

   We love coming here. It’s our anniversary spot. We love the paella de puerco ibérico, patatas braves, and the pulpit.

   Great service and every dish was great. We tried multiple tapas (favorites were the tuna tacos, crab croquettes, empanadas and paella bomb) and crispy cauliflower was also yumm along with also the lobster paella - overall everything was absolutely delicious. Service was also impeccable … helped with fantastic suggestions.

   Great experience. Paella is great. Cocktails were refreshing. Service on a Saturday night was better and faster than I would have expected. We will be back.

   Fantastic food as always, great service, great ambience, great drinks... no complaints, it's one of our favorite spots! Tomahawk paella was outstanding.
