   Thee ribeye and the hanger steak were exceptional. Really good, kudos to the cook. The service was awful. She just wasn't on her game on Friday the 14th. Our salad/ soup came with our meal, not before. He ordered a bowl, received a cup. Ordered our drinks after our meal was being prepared. Took 20 min to get our dessert to us, sent it back, asked for the bill. Looked like there was plenty of staff on so not sure if she was properly trained. Was only looking for better for my husband on Valentine's Day. Again I say, the streaks were very good. Thank you

   Food was marginal at best, prices are high, they were short staffed. I felt bad for our waiter. Not great service but also not his fault and lots of families splitting bills which he was truly awesome and patient about. Got a piece of cake to go and it was stale on the top layer.

   They do not know if you made a reservation or not. We did, but were lucky to get a table. I’m not sure they even honor any reservations. The dining room was closed. We ate in the bar.

   This restaurant is too noisy for conversation when there's a 100+ person event going on in the bar area that is just outside the restaurant. The food was OK but not great. My reuben was OK but not spectacular. The chips that came with the sandwich were plentiful but they were dry and flavorless. The wild rice soup was good. The asparagus was not. I would not choose this restaurant again. The prices were high and the experience wasn't up to par for dining in downtown Minneapolis.

   I made a reservation assuming we would get a table in the dining room. When we checked in the dining room was closed and we got a booth in the corner of a very busy and noisy bar. We won't be going back. The food was satisfactory. The pinot noir was awful.

   Overall, a great place to catch a quick brunch if you’re downtown and doing something at the convention center like we were. Park in the lower level of the hotel head up to the restaurant to eat. And then walk through the skyway to the event you’re attending. Had the breakfast buffet which was reasonably priced, the food quality was great. And the service was great.

   We made reservations and when we went down there not a single staff member would acknowledge us. They would look at us, quickly look away. After 10 minutes of them acting like we were invisible we bought a $10 at the market sandwich and went to our room to pair it with the snacks that we brought.

    I booked the reservation because it was close to Orchestra Hall, as we were attending a concert afterwards, and since we attend several concerts a year, I was hoping it would be worth checking out. Sadly, the whole experience, except the artichoke dip, was subpar at best. The lobby was very loud & despite the restaurant being relatively empty, our service was slow and inattentive. The server also had two long conversations with her manager right behind our table discussing personnel issues loudly. We even had to ask our server for our bill while she was talking to her manager. If the food was better, it would’ve made up for the experience, but sadly, our main courses were only ok. The steak was underdone & overpriced. For that amount of money, we expected much better service, food quality, and ambience. We will not be returning for anything more than appetizers.
