   From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed and swiftly escorted to our private grill—an intimate setting with a stunning view of a charming harbor. As we settled in, our drink and food orders were taken amidst lively, friendly conversation, setting the tone for what would be an extraordinary evening. Every aspect of our experience—food, drinks, dessert, and the exceptional hospitality—was nothing short of outstanding. It had been a long time since I’d encountered such impeccable service. My only regret is not catching the names of the incredible staff, as *they* were the true stars of the evening, elevating our visit beyond expectation and transforming dinner into a flawless, **10-star** experience.

   Excelente servicio por parte de todos los meseros (Giovanni y Andres) muy atentos a nuestras peticiones, en general todo el personal muy amable y atentos, el lugar comodo y limpio y nuestro parillero Christian dio un excelente show y comida, definitivamente de mis nuevos lugares favoritos en Cancún.

   Teppanyaki too salty to eat and we didn’t est at all. Told server and we still had to pay for the whole bill

   Our visit to Teppan by Hiromi in Cancun was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was top notch. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish cooked to perfection right in front of us. Jennifer, our server, was fantastic — so friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel welcome and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Axel, our teppan chef, was the highlight of the evening! Not only was he an amazing cook, but his humor and entertaining skills made the experience even more memorable. He kept us laughing while serving some of the best food we’ve had on our trip. If you’re in Cancun and looking for a fun and tasty dining experience, Teppan by Hiromi is the place to go. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone who loves good food and great company!

   Love the small personal hibachi tables. Keep in mind the soup/salad does not come with the meal and they do not have “combinations” - only single protein options.
