   We had a lovely evening at Terra Moderna. From the first sip of wine and appetizers to a tasty main course of fish and chicken. The dinner was great, but the service was exceptional. We had the lovely Lara take care of us. She helped us choose the wine, appetizers, and main courses. Throughout the dinner, she was always just a wave away. Give Terra Moderna a try and don't forget to ask for Lara if your partial to exceptional service.

   We discovered this incredibly good restaurant in Belsize Park in December as being the best option for a pre Hampstead Theatre dinner. What a joy to have a reason to come all the way from Chelsea to dine here as we met with friends from North London! The friendliness of the welcome back and the attentiveness of the service makes it no surprise that all the tables were filled. The food is outstanding and good value for the quality. I had an excellent fish carpaccio followed by a perfectly-cooked miso halibut as my main course. The piece of fish was chunky and the flesh translucent. Others had the home made pasta which went down very well, and my husband thought his seafood risotto excellent. The wines are sensibly priced. And cocktails are terrific. This restaurant deserves to do very well!

   We had an amazing dinner at Terra Moderna. The small and intimate setting made for a lovely evening with incredible food.

   We had the set lunch. All very tasty. Good choice of wines available in a short but well chosen list. Would definitely go back. Only criticism is a window that has a blind across it at the rear lets in a draft that in winter is uncomfortable. Everything else was lovely

   My choice of starter was unavailable I think a restaurant in the area should make sure they have plenty more fish than they offer

   Gorgeous restaurant tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Our waitress was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. When we were disappointed with. Dish she had no problem taking it back to the chef who produced a delicious alternative. The rest of the food was excellent and beautifully presented. We'll be back soon!

   Outstanding food , interesting Italian cuisine . Ambience could be improved with some large bright paintings on the walls and more intimate lighting
