Our Doylestown cafe is our most recent addition, situated on the campus of Delaware Valley University. Terrain's culinary team works directly with the farmers, agricultural teams, and students of DelVal to deliver their produce straight to cafe tables. This location includes a private dining room and a centrally-located bar area featuring small bites, seasonal cocktails, and a robust yet approachable wine list.

    The food was inconsistent however it was near the end of the evening. Unfortunately from the time we sat down until we received our meal was well over 60 minutes. This is the first time our meal didn’t exceed our expectations at Terrain.

    It was our first time here and we will definitely be going back. The mushroom soup was delicious and the mussels were amazing. My husband had the scallops and I had the halibut and both of us loved our meals. We also had the cheesecake which was outstanding. We are looking forward to trying more things on our return trip.

    Pacing of the courses was horrible Entrees came out at the same tine as our salad. We specifically asked that the courses come out one at a time not en mass. When we were ready for our entree’s they arrived cold and overcooked. Worse dining experience we’ve had in years.

    Always a five-star experience. The only thing I’d prefer is if the noise level could be managed better, with more absorptive materials, perhaps strategically placing hanging panels from the ceilings, or around select tables.
