   It was disappointing, especially since we let them know we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary on the app when making the reservations. We also had asked for an outdoor table with a view and was seated indoors by the bar farthest from the windows (several outdoor tables were available). Told the server it was our first time dining with them. After food was served, we never saw him again until he asked if we needed a box or wanted dessert. I enquired if bread came with the meal because we did not receive any. He apologized, he forgot. The food was cold, but the portions were plentiful. Sadly, we will not be returning. There are so many other choices in Disney Springs. Really put a damper on our anniversary celebration.

   Front desk staff and server were excellent. Knowledgeable and accomplished. Of the four entrees, the salmon and risotto were excellent, the medium rare steak was closer to medium well and the eggplant was just ok.

   The bolognese was meh. The menu selections overall were alright, but nothing to write home about. Decent wine selection, but not great. Bread was good. Service was very nice. It didn't have much memorable about it, but I can't necessarily complain about anything either.

   Our food was good, service exceptional. I especially appreciated they were accommodating in adding people to our already big reservation. This is a great spot in Disney Springs if you want Italian.

   Def make reservations. Don’t go more than 10 minutes before your reservation time to be efficient because they wont add you to arrived until then. Great food at reasonable prices.

   Server was terrible. Food took forever, was served cold. We asked for dressing and it took 20 min. She kept telling us it was on the way. Drink refills never happened. There was a larger table next to us getting all the attention. Extremely disappointed in the experience.

    Meals were not hot. Either the kitchen or the server got the order wrong and entree needed to be replaced. The server ignored our comment that the food was not hot and did not extend an offer to rectify the issue. We would not recommend and will not be returning again.
