Terraza Don Diablo is a must stop when visiting Valladolid. Starting with the service, from the moment you arrive you feel welcome, knowledge of the menu and suggestions. The view from la terraza is absolutely amazing. Arrive before sunset and it will be breathtaking. We ordered appetizers, the cheese fondue with longaniza is a perfect blend of cheese, garlic and white wine.

La comida no muy variada y nada excepcional. Es mucho mejor en el restaurante del mismo hotel que está en planta baja.Solo los postres, pay de queso con frutos rojos y mousse de chocolate sublimes. La vista de las torres de la catedral y el ambiente de la terraza si lo disfrutamos mucho.y cenar a la luz de la luna y las estrellas

Sin duda es un buen lugar para cenar, la ubicación es privilegiada, la comida muy buena y el servicio eficiente, me toco una mesa alta y después de un rato me canso, todo lo demás excelente.

Todo estuvo increible, la única observación es que había puesto que celebraba un cumpleaños, y en ningún momento se acercaron a preguntar quien era la celebrada ni nada. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

A definite recommendation to people visiting Valladolid. The atmosphere is great, the views are beautiful, the service is attentive and the food and drink are excellent.

Great view on the rooftop and lovely service. The food is okay if you’re looking for some western style dishes to breakup all the tacos you’ve eaten.
