**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.**

Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". The Tersiguel family has operated one of the regions best restaurants for over 45 years and continues this tradition with annual ratings of "Best French Restaurant" from the Zagat and Baltimore Magazine.

The chef explained every meal with passion to all of us. He definitely has passion and has been working there for decades. The food was great.

A classic French restaurant in a classy place, classy staff, great food. I'm really grateful that there are still places like this in old Ellicott City. Perfect for a date night, and somewhere to treat your guests to. Absolutely recommend it.

I was quite underwhelmed by this restaurant, almost every course we were served was poorly thought out. What I noticed was almost every course was just something with black pepper. Even the dessert was flavored heavily with black pepper and some were basically inedible, the lamb was especially bad. For that price I was quite disappointed, there were two servers and one was the "junior" person, and he quite literally refused to talk, and at one point we had to ask for utensils. I will not be returning.

One of the worst meals out that we've had in very long time! Six course prix fix menu at a very affordable price sounded like a great idea but I wish I had read the restaurants review before going. Unfortunately all six courses were duds, from the pile of out of season cherry tomatoes that were literally swimming in a 1/4 inch of vinaigrette with chucks of kiwi (strange!) , the heavily battered deep fried pumpkin logs to a mushy over cooked fish. We were holding out hope for dessert but it wasn't any better. The wine and drinks were good!

As always, the food was superlative. The prix fixe dinners are always chosen from what is available for the season. Service was spot on. As well as all that you could hope for, the noise level was so subdued that my dinner companions commented on the ability to talk across the table without having to compete to be heard.

Every course was delicious. Even if one of our party did not particularly like an ingredient s/he was more than willing to try Tersiguel's presentation. Use of spices and herbs is judicious.

This was sadly one of the worst restaurants we’ve been to in a very long time! There were glaring issues with every course! Undercooked, under seasoned and just plain bad! Even the bread we received was borderline stale and uninspired. As a couple who have been to several fine dining establishments, it was laughable to even put this restaurant in that category! The building itself was cute and a very elegant feel. Waitstaff was adequate, but none of that could make up for the catastrophe on our plates! Honestly, we were shocked considering the stellar reviews of this long standing icon in Ellicott City. As for us however, we will never return!
