   First time at a Texas de Brazil. The interior is one of the nicer places in the area. Service was very professional. I really liked most everything I got from the salad bar including the cous cous, spicy olives, tabbouleh, and beets. The meats were great too. The lamb was incredibly soft and flavorful. The biggest surprise was the sausage. Possibly my second favorite. The only downside is the cost. I think only people who eat an above average amount of food will find this place to be a good value.

   The only disappointment was the birthday email didn’t come through and they would not honor the 20.00 off couple. Both emails didn’t come through. We signed up about 4-7 days before the event day

   Overall the food was good. Table is far too small for 4 people. The servers were great but the waiter / host was not very good.

   The food was delicious as always. Service was a little slow. I always enjoy dining at Texas de Brazil.

   Excellent food, service superb and enjoyed atmosphere. A bit noisy but tolerable. Very clean. Our waitress was awesome. The servers were very professional & made sure our plates were filled with every type meat served as we desired.

   We only seen our waitress 3 times total. The meat selection was sparse to say the least. They offered 6 total and they brought most of those around several times , but no regular chicken, just Parmesan,no ribeye, not even sausage( even though I don’t care for it) Just seems like both times we went to Ann Arbor, we haven’t had great experiences and to lay down 150.00.    Food and service began great, but as the evening went on our server become non-existent. We ended up sitting for 45 minutes waiting for them to get our bill so we could leave.

   AMAZING!!! Best location by far!! Plenty of meat going around and coming out fresh! In Detroit you literally beg for it to come around. It never makes it to our table. The lamb chops are worth the little extra. Great job!!

    The salad bar was phenomenal—everything was fresh and delicious. The soup was good as well, though the lobster flavor in the bisque was a bit overwhelming compared to other places I’ve had it. However, the table we were seated at was uncomfortably close to the salad bar, making our dinner for two feel very open and exposed. It would be much better if those tables were moved further away to reduce foot traffic near diners. One major downside was that almost everything was wrapped in bacon—which was disappointing since I don’t eat pork. The first three waiters who came by only had skewers with bacon-wrapped items, whether it was chicken, jalapeños, or steak. We had to wait quite a while before any plain beef came around. When it finally did, it was undercooked, so we had to keep sending our poor waiter back and forth for medium-well beef. It would be much more efficient if each waiter carried two skewers—one with medium-well meat and one for those who prefer it rarer. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes were a bit dry, and the fries were overcooked. However, the fried plantains were excellent. Unfortunately, we never received a refill on our water, which was frustrating.
