   We were offered meat less than 10 times. None were medium rare. One was absurdly overdone. One was raw except for the seared surface. Only one meat server was engaging. The salad bar was disappointing. Lettuce wilted, other options looked like they’d been sitting there for hours. When offered water it was not made clear that tap water was free, but that other water was $8 a bottle. Desserts were sitting near the serve-yourself foods, and appeared to be included. Nope. $25 for that. It appeared Thea the server had answers she’d been instructed to give when I said I thought water and dessert were included. I felt sorry for her. She knew how it worked. So the food was bad and the prices were deceitfully presented. Finally, the ambience was that of a big cafeteria. Will we go back? No. Again, I feel sorry for the server. We had been to this restaurant before. It has gone downhill.

   We hosted our company party at your restaurant with a party of 14 after making reservations three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. We were seated in a very tight space at the back of the room, which made the meal uncomfortable for our group. Throughout the evening, we often felt overlooked, as we had to repeatedly request for the meat servers to visit our table. While Nick, our server, did an excellent job and was attentive, we were surprised that no members of upper management checked in with us at any point, even though we noticed them nearby. Given the effort we put into planning and reserving well in advance, we had hoped for a more accommodating setup and consistent service. While we understand that busy holiday weekend can present challenges, we feel this could have been handled better to ensure a more positive experience. We truly appreciate Nick’s efforts during our meal, but I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can help improve service for future large parties.

   Most of our large party had never been to this restaurant and everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

   Food was good. Service was rushed. I made a reservation and indicated it was my parents anniversary and didn't make it any different from a regular visit for dinner. It’s overpriced also for the amount of food you get. It was happy hour and they charged us in full for everything anyways.

   I had a really good time for my first time, the service was great, I just wish they had like a little checklist or something so you know what meats came by and what hasn’t, and that way we can also look at what we like and want to order more of.

    The service and food start to finish was amazing. Our server welcomed us and made drink suggestions that were amazing. You have so many options at the salad bar to choose from and as soon as you flip your card they come by your table with all the different meats for you to try. It was honestly the best place I’ve ever dined and we enjoyed everything.
