In the early years nice restaurant the chain has dropped in quality and just pumps it out. Salad bar very sloppy and weak, hot sides were more that have empty and dried out black beans, hardly any rice took a bit to refill. Meats were touch and go. Never saw ribs or lamb chops. Better experiences for the money spent.

Food…okay…buffet area could be better…hot food looked dried out at 7:00 PM…cold area had some platters looking sloppy with food hanging over the plates and in between. Meats were a little on the chewy side. Not as soft as in Las Vegas! Service…our waiter wasn’t deserving of the 18% automatic tip for a party of 7! We had to ask another server for water and drink refills after waiting 30 min wi out him checking on us. No one came to bus the used plates until we were all done eating so they were stacked up. Gauchos were pleasant and served well but were far and few between leading us to having to make sure we took several pieces of meat at a time. While watching our waiter work the other tables, he was very attentive to those seated in the middle of the restaurant versus us who was seated at the far left corner. Been here 2 times before without any issues. Hope it was just and OFF night! Oh and when making the reservation it asks if we’re celebrating anything and I responded YES. My granddaughter was loaded with lei from her college graduation and the server didn’t ask or acknowledge it!!!

I took my team out for lunch to celebrate the holidays. They had such a variety of meats that everybody had something they enjoyed.

Dinner and service was good. What can be a concern is if you have a special request or actually just any question, you will not be called/contacted back. I left two voicemails and two emails via Open Table that were never answered. My question was that if at all possible, could my party of 8 have a table off to the side so we could have our company Christmas party. No answer and in the end we sat in the middle of everyone and right next to the buffet area where everyone had to walk by. . . .They do have a Private room but the minimum spend is $2,000. With just the 8 of us, we wouldn't hit that. Thus my attempts to contact them so as to at least sit along the edges and not in the middle.

our waitress said it was the policy of the restaurant to add a mandatory 20% service charge for parties of 6 or over which she added to our tab. we had a party of 5 and one child of 1 yr. the manager said they had no such policy. this did not sit well with our party. restaurant was too loud. background music could have been toned down because there is a lot of crowd noise. food and service otherwise good.

If you’re a fan of Fogo de Chão, Texas de Brazil might disappoint. While it’s not entirely fair to compare the two, the difference in service, variety, and quality is noticeable. We arrived around 5:30 PM for an early dinner. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, we were seated in a secluded corner. The floor in our section was dangerously slippery, feeling greasy even though it was dry. My husband had to help me to the salad bar to avoid slipping. The salad bar itself was underwhelming, with scattered lettuce, an almost empty tray of romaine, and only a few pieces of ciabatta bread. It lacked the freshness and presentation you’d expect. The picanha was flavorful but tough, while the skirt steak was overly salty. When we mentioned it, the server apologized, explaining they were trying a new salt. Other meats included top sirloin, Brazilian sausage, pork Parmesan, bacon-wrapped chicken, and leg of lamb, but the selection felt limited compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. Service was okay but inconsistent. Being far from the main area likely contributed to slower attention from the gaucho servers. I couldn’t help but feel that our experience would have been more enjoyable if we’d been seated closer to the action. Overall, this isn’t a great introduction to Brazilian steakhouses and doesn’t compare to the standards of Fogo de Chão. It’s fine if you adjust your expectations, but there’s significant room for improvement.

We had such a great experience!! Food was delicious, staff was absolutely amazing. We weren't big fans of the recommended cocktails, should have just gone with wine. But now we know that for next time. We loved it here and will definitely be back soon!
