Meat flavors were a little inconsistent but some very good. Salad bar could have used more items. Service was great. Our server, April, was wonderful. For some reason, the hostess changed our reservation from 6 people to 4 people because we had 2 children. Then tried to seat us at a table for five, which was not big enough.

Texas de Brazil is a great place to enjoy a meal. We went for my spouse’s birthday and he loved it! This is my 4th time dining at Texas de Brazil and I’m never disappointed.

We arrived a couple minutes before our reservation and was sat almost immediately. The staff is always so friendly and patient with our young child. Was given a great suggestion for a cocktail to enjoy with my meal. After we left, they called before we even got to our car to inform us that our child had left her little purse which tells us how diligent they are to clean the table so it’s ready for another couple family or group to dine. Cannot wait to return.

The meats had a lot of fat in them, the filet in bacon was good quality meat but all the filets without bacon had a lot of fat. All meats are overcooked in salt and was unbearable. At the end, the waitress said we could have ordered without salt but it's not on the menu and she did not tell us. We won't be back.

I generally have a good experience but out server did nothing to make sure we were getting served meat. I asked twice and still never even got certain items. They favored a much larger table. The manager said i have a 100 other people here. That comment is the reason I'm writing this review. Sorry when you watch a larger table get served 8 times in a row and you waiting for some. I think the problem is not me.

Overall the restaurant was great. Our hostess heather was fantastic, but the meat portion of the food was just ok, the sides were great, salad/soup fantastic, dessert and drinks were great.

Had to ask three different people for the beef short rib, even told the host that’s what we would like when asked. All of the other meats came around multiple times and then the beef rib came out moments before we left
