   Most of the red meat has been well-done the last two times we’ve gone (6 months apart, I guess for a reason). Waiter was friendly, salad bar is always good.

   Went there for my birthday. Made reservation stating it was my birthday. Was seated immediately right by the entrance. Mo the waiter did not come to the table for 15 minutes. It's a Thursday evening and the place was a little over half capacity. Took our drink order, explained the process for how you get the meat. He came back 30 minutes later with drinks. Then left. Never offered or brought us any plantains, rolls, anything. 1 hour later he came back to ask if we were ready for our check. We asked to see the desert trey because I wanted a piece of cake for my birthday. 10 minutes go by, he brings the trey, I pick apiece of cake. Tell him I need it to go. He brings it with the check and we don't see him again. The bill for three people was $248. There was no birthday discount or free cake. Left $260 in cash and walked out with nobody saying thank you or goodnight. I really hated leaving $12 for a tip because Mo didn't deserve even that. The food was excellent!

   We arrived 15 minutes early and was seated immediately . Then for drinks I ordered a Cabernet wine, which never came to the table, only water. We quickly realized there is no easy path to the salad bar without squeezing between other table and bothering other folks. The meat just kept coming even though our cards were flipped to red, so there was constant interruption of our conversation. The red meat was very chewy even though I think he called it Filet. The waiter brought out some "warm sides" that were cold. It was very noisy and hard to understand the servers and waiters. So, It was fine for a one time novelty try, but for the price per person, a nice steakhouse would be more desirable.

   Great selection of meats, well seasoned and tender as could be. The sides and salad bar had so many options that were fresh and delicious. Make sure to show up hungry and don’t forget to try the plantains 🫶

   I’ve been here quite a bit, and the food was better this time than usual. However, our server wasn’t great—he forgot our drinks, and we never received the bread or any of the usual appetizers. Thankfully, a great server isn’t as crucial here since the men serving the meat did a phenomenal job. Even with the place packed, we got plenty of meat at a great pace.

   We enjoyed our time, I do feel that Texas D’ Brazil should be more accommodating with guest at the table who want to pay their bill separately unsteady grouping the entire table together with the bill and gratuity; we had a group of 5 and three other people who came as individuals; they should be aloud it permitted to be billed as individuals and their gratuity added to their own personal bill for their meal. The entire table should not be all grouped together as one bill, just a thought to consider.

   The service was amazing. Matt was our server and he was wonderful. The meat quality wasn’t as good as it’s been in the past. We didn’t try the chicken this time because every other time it is dry and overcooked but who knows now. The spicy steak was a newer feature since our last visit and it was very good.
