If you lived in New York city in 1965, there was always a great party at the corner of 63rd and First. Tasty American Burgers, good friends and good times. SOBRANG INIT!! Buti nalang may dala kaming mini fan tapos sobrang lakas ng music so nakakaoveratimulate kasi sumasabay sya sa sobrang init. NAPAKA TAGAL NG SERVING!! Umabot ng more than 1 hour before maserved yung order namin tapos pag may not available hindi nila ipapaalam sayo pwera kung mag follow up ka multiple times. Pag may “not available” na food kang inorder and they cancelled it, make sure to double check your receipt kasi inaadd pa rin nila kahit wala naman silang sinerved. 1/10 rating! I WONT RECOMMEND!!

Ang init at ang dami pang tao parang nakakasuffocate umabot ng 45 minutes ung serving ng food nakakalungkot gutom na mga anak ko :(

I initially booked a reservation in TGI Fridays Trinoma as a birthday treat for myself thinking it's an excellent place to dine in but unfortunately, my hopes went down low. It took almost half an hour before we receive our orders and one of my friend's meal (which by the way was ordered at the same time as mine) was only served after we ask for a follow-up after another 30 minutes. What's more interesting is the fact that one of our appetizers, the caesar salad, was only served after we finished all our meals and after I personally asked the manager. I find it hard to get a hold of someone. If I could only go to the counter and ask someone for assistance, I will do so. I understand it might be a busy night but maybe TGI Fridays Trinoma can employ more people to assist the customers. I can honestly give a lower rating due to the not-so-good service the restaurant provided but thanks to restaurant manager's enthusiasm and customer service, I decided to give a justifiable rating instead.

The pasta that we ordered seemed like it was reheated. It was dry and did not seemed to be at par with the other branch we’ve tried.

Food was great. However, it was too hot inside. The lights above the table add up to the heat and we were not allowed to turn it off. Other parts of the restaurant were colder but ours were too hot. There are other restaurants that are cheaper but offer colder temperatures inside their restaurant. At this price point, you guys can do so much better.
