   First time eating at Thames Landing and it did not disappoint. Started with the deviled eggs that were amazing. Our table had the salmon and beef stew that were both delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Highly recommend. Visit before the masses find out about this hidden gem.

   We ate here our first night in Portland on our way through to the back country of Maine, We started out with an apple cider mimosa - I don’t like apple cider, but this was delicious. The rim of the glass was dipped in cinnamon so every time I took a sip of the delicious cinnamon mixed with the mimosa, it created an incredible taste sensation. The apple cider was not overpowering and I would definitely order again. I got focaccia bread with olive oil to start, which rivaled the focaccia bread I had in Tuscany. For my main course, I had the citrus chicken and it was incredible. It came with a side of sautéed spinach and potatoes. The chicken was moist and tender. My husband ordered the chowder and lobster roll and he ate every last bit. I don’t eat seafood or else I would have tried it. We would most definitely go back next time we are in Portland.

   Dinner in an igloo was fun! Good food, great service! Looking forward to returning when we can sit on the patio in nicer weather!

   Food was a lot better than what I had anticipated! Heater in the igloo wasn’t very strong but still pretty. Service was excellent, even when our reservation was on the more inconvenient side.

   First time trying this relatively new restaurant and we enjoyed it. Lots of good options on the menu. The beef stew and pasta special were very good. Service was good. Nice decor with lots of windows. They have a big patio which currently has 4 igloos for winter dining - looks like fun so we'll be back to try that!

   We got seated in an outdoor igloo dome and it was a wonderful experience! The noise level was nice because we could only hear our party. The food was pretty good, I got a maine style lobster roll with generous portion of lobster. The chocolate panna cotta was delicious as were the drinks. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Some things just took time because food had to be run from inside the building. Overall would recommend this restaurant as a date and for large parties with a special occasion.

   We arrived and waited 5+ minutes before anyone said anything to us. We were sat about another 5 minutes after, given the lunch menus instead of the dinner menus. It took another 10 minutes before anyone came to ask us for drinks. You get the picture, service continued like this throughout our meal. I would acknowledge they were short handed but the personalities made it difficult to feel sympathy. Had the beef stew, it was ok but the roll was burned. Salmon was rare, I think MR is fine. However no one checked back with us or asked if we wanted rare salmon.cheeseburger was $24, nothing special. Had calamari, mostly tentacles, not many of the circles. Overall, it was a mistake and not recommended…

    Had a private room for our party of nine. Great food, gluten free options, and wonderful service. Will be dining again.
