   Service was outstanding. Focaccia was very good as was the meatballs. My wife had the Wagyu bolognese which she liked a great deal. I had the filet, ordered it medium rare with a side of bernaise. The filet temp was medium, the server brought me another and asked me to cut into the middle. It was medium rare, however as I cut bites away from the center, the meat was medium to medium well. I didn’t say anything and ate half of it. The bernaise was gelatinous, not creamy, and I couldn’t detect any tarragon reduction….disappointing.

   An absolutely exceptional experience at Americano! My son and his best friend picked Americano to celebrate their last day of 1st grade. Everything far exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful and treated both the boys and moms like royalty, all while being friendly and playful. Food and drink were top tier and we all hugely appreciated the special cookies to celebrate!! Americano team, you absolutely outdid yourselves!!! Thank you so much!

   The service was spectacular, food was delicious, and ambiance was romantic but not too dark. Would definitely go back! Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.

   Great service and new menu items were excellent. Restaurant is always accommodating with staff very well trained. Highly recommend The Americano.

   We live five hours away and are already planning when we can return. This was probably our best dining out experience anywhere, ever! The food was fantastic: bone-in veal parmigina, homemade tagliatelle with wagyu beef. Somehow, the service was even better! When we made the reservation, we mentioned that we had a celebration. When seated, we were immediately asked what we were celebrating-a wedding anniversary-and all four of us were offered champagne (complimentary). At the end of the meal, a beautiful dessert was brought out with an anniversay note to the couple. On top of all this, the decor is strikingly beautiful. Highest possible recommendation.

   Things have definitely changed at The Americano. Unfortunately, I left disappointed after my visit last night. The food and service, while acceptable, felt average—far from the exceptional experience I've come to expect. The steaks lacked flavor, and although the cocktails were well-crafted, they took far too long to arrive. Most disappointing of all was the pricing, which no longer feels justified given the overall experience. Sadly, The Americano seems to have lost its edge and now feels like just another restaurant, rather than the standout leader in service and cuisine it once was.

    Went there on a Saturday evening. Food was really good. Pork Belly app was amazing. Crowd was great..good scene…great setup in the bar area to eat, chat, watch tv. I will go back.
