I always enjoy it here - never too busy so you can hear, lovely drinks and superb small plates, in a beautiful room.

Sadly, the original venue booked was having a party, so they put us in the hotel restaurant and gave us complimentary cocktails. The staff were excellent. It is a lovely, quiet room. I would eat here again but would like to try Te Amicable Society some other time

We came for the wine flight experience and also had some small plates. There was only one bartender on duty - Harsh, he was really great. Professional, friendly and very welcoming. It was a lovely evening and I will definitely come again.

Lovely atmosphere and an unexpectedly great evening with work colleagues. Food as small plates was perfect and delicious. Service could have been a little more attentive. We had to ask for water twice and our steak out rare instead of well done, but we did get a replacement.

Took mum there for dinner. Phenomenal service from Harsh and delicious food (lamb feast). The beaujolais also excellent. Five stars!

A lovely little place, would be good to have a few more lower tables but the waiter was attentive and the food was great.
