Very disappointed today. Service was subpar, not a great one. Like no interest shown to have one me there (arrived close to 2:30 pm) And I had an item from brunch menu that was very basic and expensive. Not coming back soon.

We had Thanksgiving dinner for six, on the prix fixé menu ($90 a head). Everyone enjoyed the first course (most had the soup, delicious, and the bacon and the wedge salad were also good). We all had the turkey entrée (of course) which was fine, not great but no complaints particularly as this was effectively mass catering. However, even at our early dining time of 6:15, the restaurant had run out of one of the entrée choices (prime rib), and the Brussels sprouts side, despite it being the same four no choice sides for all entrées. How could this be? - they knew the number of diners from the reservations, and everyone was to get the same sides, but they'd run out so early in the evening - very poor planning and not really acceptable for a restaurant of this quality. We all had the tarte tatin for dessert - some of us thought it a little bitter, others overcooked, no one entirely pleased with it. So, overall good and great service, but not the excellent experience we were looking forward to.

I have dined a few times before and had great experience, so booked on Thanksgiving day for 7ppl. It took 3 hours to finish dinner even though we made a reservation at 5:30pm. The restaurant was packed and seemed like the kitchen was not functioning. The table came later than us got food before us and very disappointed that dessert we wanted was sold out. If they are confirming the reservation, I expect them to prepare especially when they charge 22% tip.

The place is amazing, the decoration captivates and makes you feel comfortable. The service is good but could improve to be of excellence. The food is fantastic, good portions and a captivating flavor.

Service, hospitality and food were all outstanding. Sat on the outdoor patio, so the noise level was moderate. However, if we were inside, noise level would have been quiet. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.
