It was very cute, though be aware that some chalets are better than others and do not all look like the photos and video. We had one that was only a half chalet and was pretty bright and not so cozy. I understand that they were light on servers and only one guy was serving everyone instead of four people, so he did a great job for what he was working with, but we waited for our welcome drinks and for our order to be taken for 30 minutes, had to ask for water 4 or 5 times, and everything then came out at once instead of in courses. This shortened the time we had to eat and talk since they are on a tight schedule. The food was mediocre at best, the fondue was good, the butternut squash soup was too sweet for me, the mushroom risotto was honestly like eating slightly warm Campbells cream of mushroom soup, and the noodle dish was super salty. The desert was tasty and unexpected. All in all, for $400 for 2 people, it was not a good value. At that price, I’d expect at least excellent service and, ideally, good food. I’d say we didn’t eat more than 25% of any of the menu dishes.

My boyfriend and I came for a holiday Christmas treat! We came to experience the winter wonderland of the Swiss Alps chalet. It was a beautiful setting with large bench seats with fur coverings and multiple snowflake pillows as well as darling Christmas decorations hung inside with large pinecones and winter snow flocked trees. They had the champagne sled and we had a three course dinner of butternut squash soup, a goat cheese and beet winter salad, as well as the fish and duck with a beautiful chocolate mousse dessert. We started the evening with the incredible cheese fondue. It was a wonderful and magical Christmas evening. We will be back next year! Happy Holidays!

The setting and food were the highlight. You really feel like you’re transported to a winter ski chalet. The service was not great. We had multiple people serving us but our main server would disappear for too long in between courses. We had prepaid for the fondue but for some reason our server wasn’t aware so they were not prepared. It came out after our salads and with our main meal. It should have come out first. My one and only glass of wine took nearly 20 minutes to come out when it was quiet Sunday evening. I had half of my meal without my drink. Server came by to ask us about something and didn’t pick up dirty plates. It was a bit disorganized truly. Fondue could have been more authentic with apples and white wine/gruyere cheese instead of Swiss. For the price I don’t know that I would recommend.

We were so excited for this experience. Sadly it was not something we would either recommend or repeat. From the table setting that had silverware that looked well worn, to the decor that looked the same, then the waiter who was busier serving drinks in the bar and had little time for us to the food that was sub par at best…this whole experience was a complete disappointment! The concept is fun and festive…the execution poor.

Excellent holiday experience. Beautiful, magical, apres ski chalet was the perfect way to celebrate the holidays. Thank you to the wonderful servers and Chef Ramon.

The ski experience pop up was so fun! They decorated booths outside but had heaters and blankets so we weren’t too cold. The food and drink options were great, I would definitely do it again. The only downside was the service was very slow, to the point that they needed to move us inside to the bar for dessert because they needed the table for the next reservation but we hadn’t been served dessert yet after being there almost 2 hours.

Disappointed with the experience. The upgraded meal was not worth an additional $65. The food mostly came out cold. Took over 30 minutes to get our orders going and then we we rushed out because we were there past the 90 minute reservation time, which wasn’t our fault! Very frustrating but the manager did help us out at the end. Not the high end experience we were expecting for our ladies holiday night out.

Sorry to say this experience was terrible. The lights didn’t work, the heaters didn’t work, the service was so slow they said we had to have our final course in the lobby of the hotel because they needed the table for the next reservation. Unacceptable for the $400 I paid
