My daughter and I really enjoyed the whole experience! We weren’t rushed out by the staff and encouraged to walk around and see the beauty.Love the vibe ! Everyone excited to be there .Strangers coming in walking around offering to take pics of us and we doing the same for them. We got to take our time ordering an app then dinner. Our server Prince was so lovely and professional We will be back! Thank you!!!!

do not make a reservation at the "bar" it is not a real reservation. They host tried to tell me we made an 11 person reservation to stand at the bar not have an actual table. Ridiculous! Took over 2 hours to be seated and they were incredibly rude when trying to support

We thought we had made reservations 6 weeks in advance for the restaurant. Flew in 2200miles. Got there and they told us the reservations were for a hightop at the bar. Basically told us “sorry” and moved onto the next customer like we werent even there. We asked another person at the front desk who was even ruder; we approached her and she walked away mid sentence. I wouldnt donate two pennies to this place just for having such unprofessional carefree staff members

We made reservations for bar and were told to wait to be seated at dining. They took my number down but never called or texted me as they said they would. We ended up having a drink waited more than an hour every time we check in they would never give us a exact time…drinks were great but service not so much…had to find another place for dinner quite disappointed..

Girl at the reception was not even bothered to say hello and was very rude. Wanted to stay for dinner but their service thru me off. Worth only to visit the venue .
