   The experience was enjoyable. We had a 3:30pm reservation. We were not aware the restaurant physically closed between 3pm and 3:30pm to transition from brunch to dinner. This created a backlog and delay in seating and ordering meals. Additionally folks arriving for 3:30 reservations had to line up outside as they waited for restaurant to reopen. The restaurant should inform folks with 3;30 reservations of this transition period.

   Came to celebrate my birthday here. This place had delicious food but the place was a bit too warm. Everything we tried was delicious from start to finish. The shrimp dijon and crab cakes for appetizers were very delicious. We had the pork chops and campanelle with shrimp with a side of bacon mac and cheese for dinner. Huge portions and very tasty. My drink had more peach iced tea and not enough bourbon. I'll definitely come back for brunch. I want to try the grits and shrimp.

   Our experience was not good. We had not been to the Barrel Club in years and we were very disappointed. First, we requested a booth but when we arrived we were sat at a table. When we spoke to the manager he stated the booths that were empty were spoken for, which means, the reservation we made on Open Table means nothing. Next, our waitress said to us “Don’t take it out on her” which we told her we wouldn’t. But she went on to get our order wrong a couple of times. We even overheard terrible service at other tables where customers were rushed to order food before they could settle down good. $131 was not worth it…..

   I will attempt to address your statements in the order given. Your reservation did not request a booth. You were also told that you would be able to get a booth if you would be willing to have a short wait which you declined. Please keep that in mind when making online reservations in the future. I am not sure what your server defending their coworker has to do with your food order, so I will move on from that one. The table next to you was seated with a time limit (their request). When this happens we will do our best to keep them on the schedule they have given us. If you ever feel that you are having a substandard dining experience, always speak to the management as that is precisely what they are there for. Kindly feel free to explore alternate dining options in the future.

   I went to brunch and it was pretty good. The service was great! Our server Noelle was very pleasant and attentive during our visit. The only downside I didn’t like was there was a note on the menu that mentioned no substitutions and you couldn’t return your food if you didn’t like it, so be careful what you ordered. I ordered the barrel proof amaretto sour, it was strong and very flavorful! Gratuity is added into your check automatically as well. I would return to try dinner.

   The overall experience was amazing. Great ambiance, our server was amazing, I ordered the steak frites and it was good( i probably wouldn’t order it again ) but overall no complaints. If you go, definitely get the drink flight.

   Always a good time when I go, I tried the rotisserie chicken this time and was absolutely amazed because I didn’t read that it was for two, but it was so good, juicy, tender, could’ve used more seasoning on the actual chicken but the skin was well seasoned. The waiter was amazing he definitely seemed like he was a team player with his coworkers, he was attentive and happy ( I know that’s crazy to say) but you never know. The only problem or not problem but let down was I was starving when I came in and asked for Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they never came! Oh and the rolls weren’t my favorite they just seemed like they ran out of bread and used Hawaiian roll or the brown and serve rolls. Other then that 10 out of 10
