    Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.​

    A vibrant restaurant with equally vibrant flavors. Our party of three enjoyed the menu tapas-style so we could try a selection of intriguing menu items in each section. Service - from greeting to check out - was outstanding.

    The food is very good, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take serious care of cross contamination with food allergies. Loved the venue and the ambience. The food portions are small so it’s better to order 2/3 starters and the main course. Will come back for sure

    We booked the Tour of Jose Andrés for our anniversary evening. We had a great time. The food and drinks were all excellent. The service was warm and well paced. Ending the evening with a window seat at Nubeluz was wonderful. Only wish we didn’t have to be up early work or we would have stayed longer than the three hours the experience lasted. Also, while I don’t want to suggest that the cost is inexpensive, we found it to be a great value for money. Food, drinks; tax, gratuity all included in the price. Air bread at Bazzar was a standout. Highly recommend

    Wonderful experience. Ambience, Service and Food were outstanding. Some amazing dishes, including ones you didn’t think went together…so flavorful and excellent presentation of the dishes. The cocktails were pretty colorful and tasty.! Plan on at least 2.5 hours if you want to do the full Tasting Menu.
