   Been here many times and ordered crab legs. This time crab legs were rubbery and hard to crack open even with the tools that they gave us. Had to ask for a small fork to extract the crab meat as it was not on the plate. My aunt passed out at the table and the manager was right on us helping and calling 911. He was very nice and handled the situation professionally and empathically. Although he did not waste anytime slipping me the check. lol

   A fabulous location on the water which serves great fish perfectly cooked. Great service altogether a brilliant place to eat in Naples.

   Our server was great, he was personable, funny but kept everything moving on time yet not rushed. Our food was hot and tasty despite the crazy holiday crowd, St. Patrick’s Day is a holiday right? Big complaint? Noise level!! Wish there were sound baffles on the ceilings? We love all the windows so lots of hard surfaces…but please… Oh, and where are the table clothes? It was our anniversary celebration and we did expect more…

   Even though the restaurant got slammed with people after the St. Patrick’s Day parade, the wait staff was attentive and kept us informed on the status of the delivery of our meals. Everyone we encountered was polite, smiling, and apologetic. We have been to The Boat House numerous times and this was truly the busiest we have ever seen it. So hats off to the staff for keeping everyone happy. On another note, the food was great, as usual!

    The food was good. It took 35 minutes just to get our appetizers. But on the up and up, I definitely will be back
