Think a pipe dream mixed with college students tutoring beer bottles in the parking lot and inside there is a testosterone face-off

We made a reservation for 4 and when we got there the host area had no host and had a sign that said “sit yourself” and it appeared like only drinks were being served and the kitchen appeared closed. It looked like they had the prepped the space to watch football which is fine but I would then block reservations to avoid having people think they are able to get dinner on a day like. We unfortunately had to leave and then find another place to eat which I know isn’t your problem but had reservations been blocked I would’ve made reservations elsewhere and not have to wait 45 minutes to be seated at a different restaurant (most restaurants in the area had over an hour wait).

Sat at a table for 30min while the servers stood around and did absolutely nothing. I ended up leaving.

Getting there at the time of my reservation, which was confirmed; to celebrate a birthday party. The entire place was closed, no one in there and no one answering the phone. They had a sign on the door which said the hours they open & closed. They were supposed to be open since 4pm. When you looked on google, it also says it was open since 4pm. No one sent out an email saying it was going to be closed, no one put anything on their social media. Mind you we do not live close and it was a birthday. Very bad experience.

We had a party of 15 (auto gratuity was added). Our server was great, she tried her best. Manager didn’t assist; he actually said he had to “go do inventory” instead. Bartenders were sitting on the bar on their phones instead of helping. Super disappointing that the actual manager did NOTHING. I bussed our tables more than enjoying a special birthday celebration. Management needs a major training session.

Everything was amazing the only complaint I had is the chairs are way too small and I’m a big guy so let’s fix that

Never had anyone help us when we arrived. There were no tables available and i couldn’t locate anyone to help.

So very dissappointing experience. When we arrived the entire bar staff was watching a baseball game. We waited at least 10-15 minutes before we received any beverages. We had to ask for silverware and plates to share. When the food came it was good quality. I don't think we will be returning.
