    Family of four adults, the service was ok but the food was a little disappointing. Chicken wings were still pink which is very off putting and were sent back. Two of us ordered the crispy pork belly, none of which was crispy. Chips were edible…. After hearing good reviews we left disappointed. Also it was the only restaurant where the menu states they charge €3 to refill tap water….. it’s not the €3 , it’s the principle.

    Went for an early 12pm midweek lunch, just two of us. The dining area is small but cosy and we had a lovely view of the harbour with a toasty warm stove fire beside us. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. There was a choice from three menus - early bird, tapas and main menu. My partner chose the two course early bird and I went for the tapas. The waiter asked if i wanted one of my tapas served as a starter at the same time as my partner had her starter which was a nice touch. Food was delicious, full of flavour and generous portions (recommend doing a walk around the harbour first to build up an appetite). Room we dined in was quiet enough considering the small space but it was a lovely dining space and really added to the ambience of the afternoon. Well worth a visit, would recommend booking as the dining space inside is small enough, try to get a table by the window for the view. Would recommend to anyone for afternoon meal in Skerries.

    We had a wonderful evening at The Brick House. The food was so wonderful, if not a little expensive. The best part however was the service - every single staff member we encountered was utterly charming. Thank you all very much for a lovely evening!

    Food was not great. Pork bites swimming in grease. Watery chowder and my companions steak tapas did not taste right at alll. Service was also poor with one of the courses forgotten and no milk brought with the coffee. I had my boss with me and we were disappointed
