Situated in the heart of Lower Parkstone, The Britannia combines classic, comfy chic with a beautifully colorful and sunny outside dining area, complete with an open outdoor fireplace, stylish seating, and a vibrant outside bar. It’s the local favorite and renowned for its fabulous welcome, delicious seasonal menu, and extensive drinks list. Please let us know if you are bringing your four-legged friend along so we can reserve you a table within a dog-friendly area. Water and treats are free of charge to our canine friends. Great pub, delicious food, excellent service. Not 5* as the portions were quite small and not great value for money.

Absolutely lovely. Service was outstanding, not overly keen to consistently check up on you but always present and happy to help. Food was delicious, beautifully presented and tasted fab. Used 50% off mains so price was fair. Only little moan was the wine was brought to the table without any ice in the bucket, and the wine itself was not corked (screw cap).

Absolutely fantastic Sunday roast! Perfectly cooked beef, never ending trimmings, attentive service and dogs welcome. The perfect Sunday setting, I wish I could go every week!

It was my second visit to this establishment in the last two months and it was as good as expected. There were 4 of us and everyone was delighted with the quality of the food and the service was excellent. We will be returning.
