   It was an excellent overall especially food and services. We booked dinner for 12 people and our server Merlini served as top notch service. We will definitely hold upcoming parties in near future.

   Food was delicious, good selection, service was not good but it was extremely busy I think 90 minute wait without reservation. All in all 4/5 stars

   Food was not as good or plentiful as before. I had booked a table for 16 for a corporate event. Staff barely came to the table to ask if we needed anything. We found ourselves asking for cutlery and napkins. Coffee was offered once but not all of us had finished eating at that point. Automatic 18% gratuity for 16 guests is not cheap, but we would expect some service at least for that amount. The gratuity feels like it was just a money grab. Food was not the greatest, options used to be better. Sushi was terrible and dry with limited selections. No sashimi like before. Seafood salad was the best item.

   I had made a reservation for a table of 20, but we were seated at separate tables. This wasn’t what I was expecting for a group of this size. Could you please explain why this happened and if there’s a way to accommodate us at one table? Thank you.

Due to how busy we were last night, we arranged two tables of 10 near each other to accommodate your party as best as possible. Unfortunately, we were unable to set up a single table for 20 guests at that time. We truly value your understanding and will gladly consider your preferences for future reservations.    It was just ok. Haven’t stayed at the Riverrock in years. Found the hotel and casino very tired and lacking any energy. The buffet was not how I remember either. I would have it again tho if I was staying there. It was okay overall. Our server and the omelette chefs and carver were very outgoing and attentive. The one server for the entire section but you would have never know by her smile and outgoing personality

   Excellent buffet. I had made a reservation for my family & got right in on time. So much food - lots of choices. Something for everyone of all ages. Highly recommended. Parking was only $3 as well.

    We went to the restaurant a saturday night, when we made the reservation there were only two time slots (5:30pm and 7:00pm) but the place was like 80% empty. As soon as we walked into the restaurant we noticed the food bars were quiet dark which didn't make us very comfortable, food was not good at all, the roast beef dripping blood, the pork in some oriental sauce tasted spoiled, the muscles and clams were in some kind of horseradish mustard cold sauce, cold tasteless shrimp and never saw the crab legs( pictures in the website) which it was the main reason why we wanted to go there. In the end, the food was not good and made us all very sick, I had like an abnormal heart rhythm for a couple of hours after dinner. Our dinner reservation was at 7:00pm but we needed to wait for a while for our friends to start dinner but by 8:30pm they were asking us to pay the bill, I couldn't believe it, we were just having a coffee and they came to tell us to pay the bill. I took a look of the bill, on the website says $17.00-$39.00 per person but we paid $62.50 each with no alcohol involved, just soda and coffee. In my opinion, if you have a very good meal, with excellent quality and service is ok to pay $62.50 or more per person because we don't do this everyday but $62.50 per person for awful , poor quality food that made us all sick. I tell you we were so sick, disappointed and learned a lesson. We do not recommend this place at all...
