   The Bush Inn would have to be the best and I mean best place we've ever dined in Tasmania. To begin with on the outside it heritage it's old looked like a nice little pub feed it was pretty quiet seeming, but once you step inside the atmosphere is immediately inviting with a lovely gentleman behind the bar to welcome us inside looking straight over there is an open fire 🔥 The restaurant is so cosy and the waitress staff are next level friendly. The whole place is super inviting and everyone is just having a wonderful time I don't think I even recalled a single person on their mobile phones. The food was to absolutely die for we ordered two garlic bread which was honestly the tastiest garlic bread ever! Our steaks were cooked to perfection 👌 and my daughter ordered chicken parmigiana for a second time dining there and it was just as good as the first time. I'm going to be recommending this place the Bush Inn you deserve a gold medal and I'm sure it will come we were pleased in all aspects thankyou for our beautiful dining experience if course we will be back soon!

   What a wonderful place to have lunch. The ambience was truly beautiful and the food was outstanding. We were a group of 8 and the quality of food was amazing, just like a 5 star restaurant. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the different sauces were flavour sensations. Desserts were to die for and the staff were very friendly and looked after us exceptionally well. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bush Inn.

   My partners calamari was divine. My rare scotch was THE type of steak I want served at the restaurant on top of Mount Wellington, after I rode the cable car up there during a snowstorm. It was bloody grand...

   We was near the door near live music could not hear each other i had just done double shift at the hospital was tired meal was very average and ordered medium well it was like under cooked way ti much and very expensive 4 beers 2 small steaks 150 and couldn't even have a conversation between us both due to music considering it was fantastic when you opend and meals were great .. 4 meals later very much disappointed

   We have just recently bought a house and moved to the area. We feel so lucky to have The Bush Inn as our local. The food is exceptional and we’ll be regulars.

    After so many brilliant reviews from different people, we headed up to try it out. Very disappointed. Limited menu. Food was expensive. Plates were small. Parmy as big a your fist. 7 chips and terrible slaw. We were excited for a great meal, fell terribly short. Service, however, was great!
