    The food was great. The problem I had was I couldn't get the booth I wanted. I sent a message on your boars with the reservation but received no response. I asked before we were seated as the booth was not occupied. I was told it was reserved. I had to sit upstairs which was ok but not where I wanted. The manager told me that you can't reserve a particular spot as this app is third party. Like I said, food was excellent. Service of staff was not up to par.

    I reserved a table as per app. As we didn't select a particular table, we were seated in a corner booth with the outside seat no being able to see the TV for hockey game. We asked for a different table and we're told we should of come in and pick out a table upon reserving. This wasn't posted on app. The shift manager did give us an option to move upstairs which we took. After that uncomfortable exchange the food was great and service was excellent. The open table app should have seating chart so you can pick your table.

    Waitresses were behing on arrival. Took 15mins to get drinks. One order of wings were hot, the other very cold.

    It was difficult managing the booking but the staff were helpful trying to assist. However the food experience was poor. My lobster was severed before the appetizers and first course, and before the other parties. The lobster was extremely overcooked and dry. It was obvious it was sitting under a heat lamp forever. I wish I had sent it back. I told the server about it and it was very visible how dried out the lobster was. Certainly not worth the price. I regret not sending it back just to not make a fuss.
