   First of all, I would just like to say our server I believe her name was Maddie, she was phenomenal! Just an upbeat, happy personality, very accommodating and super understanding to a family of five with one of them being a two-year-old toddler. Our food came out hot and ready and was delicious.. I’d give a five stars however, my husband’s food order had to be sent back and when it was returned to him, it was still incorrect.. He originally asked for no onions and mild sauce rather than buffalo.. when it returned, it was without onions, but it then had buffalo sauce in it. Overall awesome experience and we would be back!

   💥💥WARNING 💥💥 💥💥NO MINORS AFTER 9pm💥💥 I booked a reservation through OT & also called as I was trying to book for the TOMAHAWK STEAK feature for this night. I had purchased gift cards from Costco so I wanted to make sure there were no issues & verify that I could use the cards. All was good until we arrived. We had a reservation & were quickly seated. Shortly after our server came up to the table & started talking and asking the other 2 people in my party if they had their identification on them. I spoke up & commented it didn’t matter as they were not going to drink anything alcoholic. The trouble started right after this as one in my party did not bring any identification. The server quickly commented that it was company policy that after 9pm no minors were allowed. I immediately asked for the manager. Luis came over to talk with me. Please understand because of the tomahawk steak night we didn’t really eat anything throughout the day. Luis explained that after 9pm no minors were not allowed. NOTE: All people in as my guests were over the age of 19 (one had no identification) This had set the mood for the entire meal. I was completely confused as this is a roadhouse style type of restaurant. Thinking this is no different than Jack Astors next door or Chucks across the street. It seems after 9pm this is more like a BAR environment & this is the reason for no minors I honestly couldn’t care however even writing this review I still can NOT find this on the website for the Kitchener location. I asked Luis if he could show me & he quickly & very politely did. Again I am still not able to find this but I also mentioned that when I look up a restaurant I look at the menu & then reviews. I thought I had done my due diligence. To the marketing team SOMETHING should be stated on every page that after 9pm no minors & we check I.D. We were coming from a movie that ended at 8:30pm.    Wonderful time as always! Excellent value for Tomahawk Steak deal. Server Beth happy, attentive and very helpful . Kitchen service times are improving. Cheers!

   Service was not to par. Was not busy and took a server 20 minutes to greet us after being seated. Ordered the Signature Dish Blackened Chicken and it was not appealing. The smallest piece of chicken with the worst seasoning I have ever tasted. Chicken was cold when it was brought to the table. Loaded mashed potatoes were very good. Coleslaw was flavourless. My wife did enjoy her Crispy Spicy Chicken sandwich with potato and bacon soup. They have some work to do and next time I will just stick with my go to chicken tenders.

   Didn’t get the high top table we reserved, instead, we got walked up too many stairs to be stuck at a booth that felt like we were at a dive bar that no one was at. We got all dressed up for a Christmas get together to be stuck in a dump looking setting. We made the best of it, but probably won’t go back because of this

   It was ok nothing special, the fries were good fish over cooked batter very dark. I know it’s a sports bar but the music volume was too loud, when you struggle to hear the person sitting opposite you it’s too loud

   Everyone had such a great time here celebrating my bf’s birthday! Emily was so amazing, one of our favourite servers we have ever had! A great spot for those who love to watch sports and eat good food while doing so. The drinks were spectacular, especially the “Ninja Turtle”! We would all come again, and have already told our friends about this place!

   Made a reservation through OpenTable. It asked if we were celebrating an occasion. I confirmed it was a birthday party with 6 people in the party. I guess that was pointless because the Canadian Brewhouse made no mention of it, even though I mentioned to the greeter and server that the birthday girl was here. Regardless, our server was very pleasant. A few mistakes, nothing serious. Glass of red wine spilled on a senior. No cutlery then not enough cutlery. As for the food, one meal sent back because it was cold otherwise everyone said the food was ok but nothing special. I've been a few times for lunch and thought it was pretty good. Our first dinner experience won't have us rushing back but will probably try again.

    We found the food generous and full of flavour. Our server was fantastic! We plan to go back amd try many more menu items!
