Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were three couples celebrating a special birthday for three of our group. We hadn't been to the Capital Grille in awhile but we weren't disappointed. Everything was as we remembered from our last visit. Great wine choices by the glass, great food, exceptional service from our server and the supporting staff and they even brought a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebrants. This is not an inexpensive dinner but the experience was well worth the price.

    My husband and I had a lovely dinner on a Sunday evening to kick off my birthday week. We enjoyed the signature martini, tuna tartare, bone-in filet and scallops. The service was excellent and the coconut pie was divine.

    Service was a little slower than compared to our last visit in Memphis (appeared to be short staffed) Hostess was terrific and accomadating. Came in for the Waygu & Wine and sold out after placing our order. They substituted for the steakhouse burger however my wife was disappointed. Food was very good overall. Surprised outside seating was not available.

    It was a great experience. The waitress was amazing and went above and beyond. Didn’t know they offered a kids menu which was amazing. And you have try the cheesecake!
