Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Had a fantastic dining experience at Capital Grille! The food was outstanding, and our server was attentive and professional throughout the meal. The only downside was the 30-minute wait despite having a reservation, but once seated, everything was top-notch. Definitely worth the visit for the excellent service and delicious steaks!

    Visited The Capital Grille on Valentine’s evening. Very busy and didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. The food was okay, but not up to what we normally experience at this location. Steaks a bit over cooked and had to ask multiple times if we could have a bread service.

    Valentine’s Day is very hectic at restaurants but our server, Brian, was fantastic. He didn’t rush us but was very attentive. The food was delicious! Our favorite restaurant

    Very busy night on V-Day. We had reservations, but did need to wait a few minutes which was expected. Once sat down, we were greeted promptly got our drinks in and oysters. Our food and drinks were wonderful from beginning to end, but service was admittedly slow at first between the oysters and ordering our entrees. This couldn’t be helped, however, as they were packed so not docking points for a packed room on a holiday. We ended up getting our dessert to go, which we ate later and was great. Overall, a nice dinner for a special occasion as the service did take care of us with leftovers and getting things. Although pricey, you can’t deny the quality control of the food and service being top notch.

    It was overall great. More than anything it’s the attention of the staff and you don’t feel rushed. The salmon was amazing.

    Wonderful dinner. David our waiter, food, service, time between visits to the table, all perfect. They make this a world class dining experience. The front bar service can be a little slow at times but this place is a 10/10.
